Refund policy
If you are looking to return your unopened and/or unused item(s), please let us know within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or an even value exchange.
No fiat or crypto refunds will occur for any orders paid in crypto. If your order was paid in crypto and you are returning an item, you will receive store credit equal to the amount of the original order.
If you want to return your unopened or unused item(s) following the 14-day period, please let us know and we can offer you an even exchange or the equivalent store credit.

If your item has a defect, please take photos of the item for us to review. If accepted, we will request the item be sent back to us and we will replace it with a brand-new one.
